The largest and newest section in the Saddlebrooke development is SaddleBrooke TWO. Rated as best retirement community in Arizona. There are 3293 homes. It includes the Preserve sub division. The Preserve is an area of larger newer homes and lots. There are lots available and homes under construction in the Preserve area. SaddleBrooke Two is a resort retirement community with multiple amenity clubhouse complexes.
SaddleBrooke TWO has three major clubhouse complexes and a Pickleball center. With two full 18 hole semi-private golf courses. The 3 complexes of buildings and outdoor facilities provide multiple options for each amenity and activity. Restaurants, bars, sports, pools, libraries and other amenities are located at these centers
Unique to this community is the large Performing Arts Theater at DesertView with live performances and concerts. The Pickleball Center is also a SaddleBrooke Two amenity.

What are the differences between SaddleBrooke One vs Saddlebrooke Two?
*caution for all potential new residents. Any use of the HOA TWO facilities or amenities by HOA 1 , is subject to a temporary agreement. Several specific types of amenities are located only at SaddleBrooke TWO, including Pickleball, Dog Park, Spin Cycling, Computer Room, Softball field, 450+ seat. Performing Arts Theater, Competition Swimming Center, large ballrooms, some Arts and Crafts and two libraries. The agreement expires in a few years and may not renew.

HOA #1 is a smaller HOA consisting of 2060 homes and was the first developed part of the community. Both Saddlebrooke #1 and Saddlebrooke #2 were developed by the Robson company. Some amenities listed and shown on the HOA One website are HOA Two amenities. Those amenities are subject to the temporary agreement that expires in a few years. HOA One has one clubhouse complex with golf, a restaurant, grill, bar, fitness center , a pool, activities room and tennis center.
